Stéphany Brévost is a partner in charge of the Direct and Transaction Tax department. She joined Grant Thornton Société d'Avocats in 2008. She advises French and foreign groups on their day-to-day tax management as well as on their investment projects in France and abroad. She has more than 20 years’ experience focusing on tax due diligence, tax structuring, tax modeling review and cash repatriation projects for corporate investors or private equity funds. She also advises them on their operational reorganisations both in France and cross-border. Stéphany has a large experience in managing and supervising multi-jurisdictions tax due diligences and in negotiating tax clauses of SPA. She works in various sectors such as digital services, variety of manufacturing business, defense industry, IT services, healthcare and renewable energy.

Stéphane Bénézant is a partner in charge of the Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions team. He joined Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats in 2019. Stéphane is a specialist in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions (venture capital, development capital, LBOs, turnarounds). For more than 20 years, he has advised and assisted French and foreign groups of all sizes, both listed and unlisted, investment funds, start-ups and company directors with their implementation projects, investment, external growth and restructuring operations, both in France and abroad. He is regularly involved in the energy, environment, biotechnology and ICT sectors. Anne Frede is a tax partner at Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats who leads the International Mobility and Individual Taxation practices. Anne is also the Managing Partner of the French tax advisory and legal firm. Thibaut, who joined in Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats in 2011 is a Partner in the Direct and Transaction Tax team of the law firm. He advises French and international groups on all tax-related matters from day-to-day issues to investment or reorganization projects, both locally and abroad. He acts for large international companies operating in different sectors including innovation, IT, hospitality, industry and services, and he has also worked for non-profit organizations. Thibaut has also gained proven experience in negotiating with the tax authorities and supports client companies in their tax audits and disputes with the authorities.

Sahra Hagani

Sahra Hagani is a partner in charge of the Economic Law department. She advises our clients on matters relating to distribution law, contract law and consumer law. She assists French and international companies in the deployment of their commercial activities and their market strategy, both as counsel and in litigation. Sahra supports companies of all sizes in the drafting and negotiation of contracts (distribution, industrial, subcontracting, etc.), in implementing and protecting physical and digital distribution networks, in the audit and optimisation of companies' commercial and pricing policies, and in structuring and securing commercial relationships with consumers. Caroline Luche-Rocchia, Partner, specialises in both individual and collective aspects of employment law. She joined Grant Thornton Société d'Avocats in 2019 and leads the Employment Law and HR Engineering practice. For nearly 18 years, she has advised and assisted French and foreign groups and companies in their legal transformation projects (M&A, restructuring, transfers, outsourcing, IPO, etc.). Pascal Luquet is a partner in charge of the Transfer pricing team. He assists companies of all sizes and in all sectors of activity with their international tax and transfer pricing issues. His team masters all the tax, financial and economic aspects of transfer pricing. It assists companies in defining, documenting (including benchmarks and economic analyses) and defending transfer prices in a national or international context (tax audit and litigation, international procedures for the prevention and elimination of double taxation). His team also manages permanent establishment (identification and allocation of profits) and digital tax issues.

Natalia Moya-Fernández

Natalia Moya-Fernandez is a partner in charge of the Intellectual Property and Information Technology law department. She advises French and international companies in the management of their daily legal issues regarding to intellectual property law, in particular in the implementation of their intellectual property management policy: protection and defence strategy for trademarks, patents and designs, drafting and negotiation of contracts in the field of industrial property, R&D, copyright and image rights, software and databases. Elvire Tardivon-Lorizon

Elvire Tardivon-Lorizon is a partner in charge of the VAT / indirect taxes / international trade / local tax department. She joined Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats in 2011. She advises large (listed and non-listed) and medium sized national and international groups performing cross-border inbound and outbound transactions on their overall indirect tax issues (such as VAT, customs duties, payroll tax, C3S, insurance premium tax, environmental taxes, energy taxes etc.). She assists them in their ordinary and non-recurrent activities. Elvire also helps companies to optimise their flows of goods and services from an indirect tax standpoint and to improve their cash flow. Elvire handles tax audits and is involved in negotiations with the French tax administration. She also manages tax litigation and files on a regular basis ruling requests with the French tax administration.
