Position
Sahra Hagani is a partner in charge of the Economic Law department. She advises our clients on matters relating to distribution law, contract law and consumer law.
She assists French and international companies in the deployment of their commercial activities and their market strategy, both as counsel and in litigation.
Sahra supports companies of all sizes in the drafting and negotiation of contracts (distribution, industrial, subcontracting, etc.), in implementing and protecting physical and digital distribution networks, in the audit and optimisation of companies' commercial and pricing policies, and in structuring and securing commercial relationships with consumers.
She specialises in issues relating to the digitalisation of BtoB and BtoC distribution activities, bringing her expertise in the implementation and compliance of websites and marketplaces. She regularly works in the tourism, industry, retail and e-commerce sectors.
