Stelios Hadjilambris is Counsel at Antoniou McCollum & Co. He is a member of the firm's Corporate and Finance practice.

Stelios has wide experience in finance and corporate law. He acts for borrowers and creditors in high-profile secured finance transactions, including leveraged finance, syndicated loans, asset finance, project finance. He is highly versed in advising on financing collateral provided by or in relation to Cypriot companies, such as share pledges, floating charges, assignments and account charges.

Stelios advises multinational corporations, private equity firms, credit institutions and financial institutions on corporate law matters, including corporate governance, share capital issues, shareholder rights, redeemable equity, debentures, general meetings and public listed companies.
