Gissin International - UK branch: the firm international activity led by Yael Hershkovitz (Friedman) - Head of the Corporate and Finance, is managed from our UK newly established branch. The main objective of the current expansion is to offer Israeli legal services and assistance to our global clientele and facilitate international clients' entry into Israeli capital markets and commercial opportunities, as well as litigation and dispute resolutions services.

Yael Hershkovitz leads the restructuring practice and handles bondholders' debt settlements, international restructuring and insolvency cases, finance and M&A transactions.

Yael has been involved in significant public debt settlements in the Israeli market including Cyren, Urbancorp, All Year, B Communications, Brookland, Starwood, IDB, Africa Israel, Elad US Mirland and many other.
