Managing Partner

Azer Aliyev is a Managing Partner at Capital Legal Services.  Azer is specialized in Corporate and M&A and Banking and Finance practices at CLS.  Azer has an extensive practice that includes domestic and international finance transactions, IPOs, joint ventures and restructuring, PPP, domestic and cross-border M&A transaction in a variety of sectors: oil and gas, manufacturing, consumer markets, banking and finance and general industry.

Prior to joining Capital Legal Services in 2018, Azer worked in legal practices for Big 4 firms in Baku providing legal assistance within the areas of M&A, Contract Law, Corporate Law, Anti-Trust Law, Currency Regulations.  In addition, he worked at one of the leading local law firms mainly dealing with tax related matters.
