Partner Risto Riikonen has acted as a counsel in several high-profile commercial litigation and arbitration cases. Risto has extensive experience in disputes relating to competition law damages and the civil and commercial law aspects of contracts and agreements, corporate disputes and disputes relating to insolvency and financing. He is also experienced in various kinds of liability and tort issues, and has successfully represented clients in liability cases involving boards of directors and auditors. Risto’s areas of specialisation also include disputes related to construction and environmental liabilities as well as white-collar crime defence and industrial safety matters.
