Insolvency and Restructuring, International Asset Tracing and Recovery

Jurgen van den Heuvel is an associate in Florent’s Insolvency and Restructuring team. He advises and litigates in the area of insolvency law and is also regularly appointed by the court as bankruptcy trustee. Aside from insolvency and restructuring, he is also active in matters relating to international asset tracing and recovery and civil fraud litigation. Jurgen is a permanent contributor to the Tijdschrift voor Curatoren (Journal for bankruptcy trustees).

Before the formation of Florent, Jurgen was an associate at BLIX.
