Strong track record on pre-litigation and dispute resolution work, including directors’ duties and liability, corporate governance, securities’ litigation and class-actions, often with a cross-border element. Yvette has extensive experience in large corporate investigations, also at the intersection of insolvency law. She advises various (listed) companies, NGO’s and boards.

Career

Yvette is one of the co-founders of Florent. She started her career in 1993 at Höcker Rueb Doeleman. She co-heads Florent’s Dispute Resolution practice. She has over 30 years’ experience as practitioner, mostly in high-profile and complex (cross-border) matters. Yvette is also trusted boardroom advisor, acts on appointment of the Enterprise Chamber and is certified mediator.
