David specialises in corporate law and focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, private equity and joint ventures. Furthermore, he advises on corporate law issues and drafting (commercial and corporate) contractual documentation. David was admitted to the Dutch bar in 2007.

David's clients include family owned businesses, financial institutions and clients active in the life sciences, health and infrastructure sectors.

Previously, he worked for a large international law firm, during which period he also worked in Shanghai and Hong Kong.
