Corporate and M&A

Claire’s practice focuses on corporate law, in particular on M&A and commercial contracts. She advises on domestic and cross-border M&A as well as on general transactional and corporate matters.

Claire joined Florent in October 2024 as an associate in the Corporate / M&A team. She started her career at an international law firm in Amsterdam in 2018.

Prior to joining Florent, Claire completed a six month secondment to an international corporate in the food industry.
