Position
Sam advises both national and international clients on various employment law matters, including individual and collective dismissals, reorganizations, (harmonization of) employment conditions, collective labor agreements, flexible employment relationships, cross-border employment and employee participation. In addition, Sam has extensive experience in providing legal guidance on employment law matters throughout M&A transactions.
Career
Sam started her career at an international law firm in Amsterdam in 2018. She joined Florent in 2024 as an associate in the Employment practice. Sam also gained work experience as a clerk at the Limburg District Court and in the legal department of a multinational company.
Sam obtained her post-graduate degree (PALA) in employment law.

She is a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN) and the Association of Young Employment Lawyers (VJAA). She regularly publishes in employment law journals.
