Arthur is a dispute resolution lawyer with over 5 years’ experience. Arthur’s main focus is on cross-jurisdictional dispute resolution, international commercial arbitration, regulatory compliance and whitecollar defense and advisory matters.

Arthur Dedels is a solicitor who has obtained qualifications in England & Wales and has been authorized to practice law in Dubai. Prior to relocating to Dubai, Arthur gained extensive experience in London, where he primarily handled complex cases involving civil fraud and investor-state arbitration. These cases often involved significant amounts of money in dispute, ranging from hundreds of millions to billions of USD. Arthur represented a diverse clientele, including corporations, banks, governments, and individuals with substantial wealth. The cases he worked on were heard by prestigious institutions such as the High Court and international tribunals operating under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).

Since 2020, Arthur has been based in Dubai, focusing his practice on resolving disputes. He has successfully engaged in litigation in the DIFC Court and participated in arbitration proceedings administered by prominent organizations such as the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the Dubai International Financial Centre – London Court of International Arbitration (DIFC-LCIA).
