Associate

Rukshan serves as an Associate at the Abu Dhabi office of ADG Legal. He specializes in a wide array of legal disciplines including corporate law, commercial law, real estate law, labour law, and dispute resolution. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Warwick in the UK.

Rukshan holds dual professional qualifications as a Solicitor of England and Wales and as an Attorney-at-Law of The Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.

In addition to these roles, he serves as a Notary Public, Company Secretary, and Commissioner of Oaths in Sri Lanka, showcasing his diverse legal expertise.

Prior to joining ADG Legal, Rukshan worked at esteemed international law firms in both the UAE and Sri Lanka. His professional journey has seen him advising clients on a broad spectrum of legal matters spanning the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

Rukshan is a member of prominent professional bodies, including the Law Society of England and Wales and the Bar Association of Sri Lanka. Rukshan is committed to delivering comprehensive legal solutions that meet the unique needs and challenges of his clients across various jurisdictions.
