Ali Bozoğlu is a registered attorney with the Istanbul Bar Association (2009) and trademark attorney (Turkish PTO, 2009). He joined Kenaroğlu Avukatlık Bürosu as a partner in 2021, where he leads Kenaroğlu’s enforcement department. Previously, he held a managerial role in the brand protection department of a reputable IP firm for 12 years.

Ali specializes in enforcement and litigation, representing clients in market investigations and criminal cases before IP courts at both the first instance and appellate levels. He handles customs proceedings and training, as well as conducting criminal raids and seizures to address IP rights violations.

His clientele includes foreign and domestic companies across industries such as fashion, automotive, cosmetics, alcoholic beverages, food, and media, where he manages all aspects of trademark, design, copyright, and unfair competition issues from administrative to judicial phases. His sector expertise includes high-end fashion, luxury goods, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and automotive.

Ali is nationally recognized for his extensive knowledge and success in combating counterfeit production and sales. He isrecognized as a Leading Individual by Legal 500, a Notable Practitioner by Managing IP, and is ranked as a recommended individual in WTR 1000.
