Mine Güner is a qualified lawyer (Istanbul Bar Association 2010) and a registered trademark and patent attorney (Turkish PTO 2009, 2013).

Mine joined Kenaroglu as a partner in 2023. Prior to joining Kenaroglu, she spent 11 years the Head of IP practice in a top-tier international law firm. In 2016, she worked as seconded global IP counsel at the London headquarters of one of the world’s leading consumer goods companies.Mine possesses extensive expertise advising on the entire life cycle of IP rights across various industries such as FMCG, fashion, pharmaceuticals, technology.

She is experienced in managing large-scale IP portfolios, as well as handling contentious matters including court proceedings, mediation and online infringements. She has a vast experience in IP-driven M&A deals and copyright law.
