a) Contracting

Hussain Al-Huraiti & Partners has a vast experience in the “Contracting” field in Kuwait. The Group boasts that it is the exclusive legal consultant of many national and international contracting companies operating in Kuwait, for which it provides legal consultancies, performs judicial representation in lawsuits filed by/against them, drafts contracts, reviews and provides technical advice on documents related to their projects as Bill of Quantities (BoQ), As Shop Drawings, main contracts and subcontracts, letters of guarantee, etc.

b) Contracts
