Managing partner, representing clients on various matters such as Energy Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Finance, Sports Law, Public Procurement and Contracts Law and Intellectual Property.

Mr. BOŞÇA is the Founding Chairman of the Energy Law Research Institute and Energy Disputes Arbitration Center (established in 2020); Executive Board Member of Turkey–Libya Business Council of the Foreign Economic Relations Board. He also chairs the Ankara Branch of Energy Efficiency Association and the Supervisory Board of the Unlicensed Electrical Manufacturing Association and is a member of the World Energy Council Turkish National Committee.

He has successfully completed the Energy Law Certificate Program organised by the Banking and Commercial Law Research Institute.

He moderated many national and international conferences and presented papers at conferences on the following topics: “The Impact of Regulatory Changes on Investments in Renewable Energy Sector and Legal Disputes”, “EIA and Annulment Suits in Hydroelectric Power Plant Projects”, “Unlicensed Production in Wind Power Plants and EPC Contracts”, “Concept of Risk in the Renewable Energy Sector and Related Legal Risks” and “Competition in the Electricity Sector in the light of Sector Report by the Competition Authority”. He has also given lectures on Natural Gas Purchase Agreements and Electricity Supply Agreements.
