A highly experienced transactional corporate and commercial lawyer, David provides adept expertise in sales and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, investments (being made and sought), EMI schemes and advice to lenders across a range of sectors, specifically waste, insurance and entertainment.

David is an adept learner and a highly analytical practitioner. His ability to quickly grasp a client’s business objectives and potential issues to deliver remarkable outcomes, sets him apart from his peers.

David has worked across a wide spectrum of industries including insurance, sports, entertainment, waste management and property development.  Clients (who range from large multi nationals, SMEs and individuals) report that “he works well to tight timetables and is committed to getting things over the line”.

David is a family man and an avid Saracens fan – travelling all over Europe to watch them play (and enjoy a few drinks with the opposition fans!!).  Due to a number of his clients being involved in this industry (and his son’s chosen work field) David has become a trustee of Backup – The Technical Entertainment Charity which provides financial support to industry technical professionals working in live events, theatre, TV and film.
