Beth advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, from business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, to advising on commercial agreements such as contract reviews, terms and conditions of business and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

Beth works with a variety of clients including start-ups, family-owned businesses, international organisations, banks and high net worth individuals seeking investment opportunities.

Beth enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants and going to the theatre. She is an active member of the parents’ association at her son’s school in Hertfordshire.
