Greg is recognised for his proficient advice for employers and employees on various contentious and non-contentious matters. He shows adept handling of complex matters, including Tribunal claims and advising individuals facing dismissal or other disciplinary functions. He regularly advises on and negotiates settlement agreements and is the team lead for employment contracts and policies.
Greg has developed particular expertise in disability discrimination claims including unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, whistleblowing, and discrimination claims (including age, sex, race, religion or belief and disability), as well as determination of employment status. He routinely acts for both employers and employees in the Employment Tribunal.
He is also particularly notable in immigration law and advises employers in relation to sponsored employees – to whom special employment law considerations often apply.
