A highly regarded corporate and commercial lawyer within the Thames Valley for his expertise of handling of larger transactions. He is the relationship partner for several of the firm’s key corporate clients, such as Biffa Waste Management, Summerleaze and 2K Polymer Systems.

Alex advises on a wide range of commercial and compliance issues for many of his high value clients in numerous sectors, including waste management, renewables, technology, chemical supplies and healthcare. Such include advice on:

(i) several high-value chemical supply contracts; (ii) the procurement of high value, complex, automated medical device manufacturing machinery; (iii) software agreements relating to the processing of airway bills for airport cargo management facilities; and (iv) data protection advice to a global tyre supplier.

Described as commercially aware, pragmatic and sympathetic to client needs, Alex adopts a commercial approach to problem solving and is known for his strong technical and negotiating skills. He trained B P Collins and qualified 1999. He became a partner 2007.
