Martina leads the residential property team within the broader property practice. She has worked with a wide and varied range of clients in all areas of residential property including sales, purchases, residential development, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. Martina regularly handles high value complex property transactions and her expertise allows her to provide solutions to transactional property issues efficiently.

Martina trained at a firm in West London and qualified as a solicitor in October 2009, before joining B P Collins in May 2012.

Martina graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2004 with an LLB (Hons) and completed the LPC at BPP Law School having attained a Distinction.

Martina enjoys family life, keeping fit, raising money for charity having previously taken part in the Virgin London Marathon, travelling, cooking and supporting Arsenal Football Club.
