Maria uses her wealth of experience and extensive understanding of the property world to assist in matters for both commercial and private individuals.

Since qualifying into the firm's commercial property practice group in 2006, Maria now specialises in issues of freehold and leasehold acquisitions, residential developments, complex commercial lease transactions and corporate support for the corporate and commercial team. Maria was made partner in May 2017.

Maria trained at B P Collins LLP and qualified as a solicitor in 2006.

Maria graduated from Royal Holloway, University London with a BA (Hons) in history before completing her CPE and LPC at the College of Law.

Outside of work, when not running around after her young family Maria is a keen athlete and plays most sports, particularly netball and tennis.
