Holly advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including business and share sales and acquisitions. Holly also advises on general corporate governance and compliance matters and lending and security.

In commercial practice, Holly advises on all areas of commercial law, including advising clients on a variety of commercial contracts, helping clients to get appropriate commercial templates (i.e., supply of goods/services agreement and terms and conditions) in place, as well as assisting clients on information technology and online matters.

Holly has particular expertise in data protection, and has assisted a range of clients, including advising on full gap analysis reports, drafting various data protection policies and procedures as well as advising on data breaches.
