Peter advises across a range of commercial and property disputes for both UK and overseas clients and has 15 years’ experience as a litigator.

Peter’s work includes contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims and urgent applications for injunctive relief. His property litigation practice encompasses vacant possession strategies, breach of covenant claims, forfeiture and possession claims, dilapidations, right of way and boundary disputes, break notices, nuisance and trespass claims, rent arrears and service charge disputes.
