Position

Gladys's clients come from a broad range of industries including financial services, technology and communications, media and entertainment, and retail and hospitality. Her work often involves an international element and she supports clients on the full spectrum of the employment lifecycle including recruitment processes, negotiating employment contracts, immigration matters, workplace policies, employee relations, data privacy, team moves and exits, and post-termination restrictive covenants.

Gladys has experience in leading international employment law projects, partnering closely with our Ius Laboris colleagues, to provide strategic advice to her clients on complex cross border issues.

Education

Gladys studied commerce and international relations at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia and pursued a Juris Doctor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong
