Catherine has been advising clients on all aspects of Hong Kong employment law over the last 16 years. Her strengths lie in her attention to detail and the ability to provide practical and strategic advice to clients on all employment-related issues ranging from hiring to firing, discrimination and data privacy. Catherine has been a speaker in a number of engagements including the British Chamber of Commerce, the Women’s Foundation, and the Hong Kong Law Society. As part of her practice, she also provides full coverage advice on issues relating to global mobility and immigration to our corporate and senior executive clients.

David's clients come from a range of sectors, including start-ups, tech firms, retail and financial institutions. He advises on a full range of employment law issues including redundancies and terminations of employment, reviewing and drafting of employment contracts, employee handbook, bonus policies etc, leading regional employment law projects across all major Asia Pacific jurisdictions, grievance and disciplinary matters and data privacy. He has particular experience advising on employment disputes and recently assisted a client to settle a Labour Tribunal claim brought by its former senior employee in relation to his termination payments.

Jezamine's practice focuses on both employment and intellectual property matters and has acted for local companies and multi-nationals with operations in Hong Kong on various high-profile cases litigated in the jurisdiction. Jezamine is renowned for her work on High Court employment law matters such as team moves, the enforcement of restrictive covenants and the misuse of confidential information. She also advises on other employment disputes (including discrimination and whistleblowing), as well as immigration, and is experienced in conducting investigations in respect of sensitive issues. Additionally, Jezamine is skilled in IP and commercial litigation.
