Managing Associate

Alex is a Managing Associate in the Digital Commerce & Creative team at Lewis Silkin.

Advertising and Marketing Alex has broad experience advising clients on everything from advertising & marketing, to franchising, creative services, IT, e-commerce, intellectual property and consumer law.

He is a member of the firm’s gambling team and has particular expertise in advising on prize draws and prize competitions, as well as promotional marketing and advertising clearance more generally.

Alex is also CIPP/E certified and regularly advise clients on data protection matters as well as the data aspects of broader corporate and commercial deals. He has been quoted in the press and has previously been recognised in the legal directories.
