Position

Francesco is a managing associate in the real estate practice group, based in Rome. He has been practising in the field of real estate since 2007. After a couple of years’ experience in the legal office of a public housing entity, he started his path in the private sector, where he specialized on all types of contracts relating to real estate investments, both in the field of investments/divestments and in the asset management’s advice.

He is a long-standing member (and currently also vice-president in charge of expansion activities) of the Italian Association of Real Estate Jurists (AGIDI). He is also a member of ULI (Urban Land Institute).

Francesco holds a degree in Law from “L.u.i.s.s.” Guido Carli University. He graduated in 2005 with a final vote of 110/110 cum laude.

Francesco is a co-author of the book "The real estate due diligence” (“La Due Diligence immobiliare"), edited by Stefano Bellintani and Gianandrea Ciaramella (published by Franco Angeli), for which he edited the chapter on legal due diligence.

Recently, he has been the co-author of the article “Property lease and business lease agreements in Italy: Managing and overcoming the emergency”, published by Diritto 24 (2020).

He is engaged on a regular basis as speaker at conferences and seminars on real estate matters.
