Advised on the acquisition of a property located in Rome, Via delle Vergini 18-21, to be converted into a hotel, from DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A., as management of the real estate alternative investment fund “Fondo Trophy Value Added”, and in setting up the real estate alternative investment fund denominated “Comet”, managed by Kryalos SGR S.p.A.
Assisted with a new sale and leaseback transaction for the acquisition and subsequent lease of a number of industrial properties located in Germany, Spain and Italy, valued at €280m.
