Samuel is a Partner in the Energy & Infrastructure practice in Paris. He advises international investors, energy majors, and construction and concession companies on the development, financing, and M&A of leading energy and infrastructure projects. Over the past 14 years, he has developed a well-rounded practice, covering most asset classes and products in the energy and infrastructure space.

Samuel is an active member of several sustainability-focused groups and initiatives. His roles and memberships include:

Active representative of the firm as a member of the Syndicat des Energies Renouvelables, the association of developers and professionals involved in the renewables sector in France, and sustaining regular contacts with French public bodies; Member of Paris Europlace’s Committee on the financing of infrastructures.

Samuel studied law at Université Laval (Québec), and holds a master’s in international finance law from King’s College London
