Emily is a managing associate in Linklaters investment funds practice, with a strong focus on infrastructure and credit funds with clients including Macquarie Asset Management, QIC and Qualitas Energy. Recently, Emily has worked closely with a number of key clients developing their private credit and infrastructure platforms to expand and diversify their offerings, including fund financing, open-ended direct lending strategies and energy transition funds, each across a global investor base. As well as securing institutional capital, Emily has supported her clients in strategic initiatives to access private wealth channels. She also has experience acting for sovereign wealth funds and large pension funds in North America, as well as institutional investors in relation to their investment activity across asset classes.

Emily spent a year at Macquarie in their private credit legal team (2021-2022), focused on fund formation and new product launches. She has also completed secondments at Goldman Sachs and the Linklaters Dubai office.

Emily passionately believes in a diverse, equitable and truly inclusive workplace. She is actively involved in the Linklaters mentorship schemes and initiatives supporting social mobility in the workplace.
