Senior Associate

Perla Díaz advises national and foreign companies on the new regime applicable to oil and gas operations in Mexico after the energy reform of 2013. As an associate in our Mexico City office, she works with clients on corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus on the energy industry.

Perla previously worked for Petrofac's Integrated Energy Services division in Mexico, where she concentrated on negotiation and administration of upstream services agreements for onshore and offshore operations, supporting the procurement; health, safety and environment; and operations departments.
