Currently based in Mexico City after working at the firm's Washington, D.C., office, Martín has spent more than 10 years focusing on cartel investigations, merger control proceedings, abuse of dominance matters, and antitrust litigation both in Mexico and abroad, including the United States and several Latin American countries. Intrinsic to the practice, Martin has vast experience handling dawn raids, leniency applications, and developing compliance programs. Martin's practice also expands to administrative and constitutional litigation.
