Des Hogan, who is the global head of the Litigation, Arbitration, and Employment practice, has a track record of winning cases early, at trial, and on appeal. He focuses on class actions, cyber litigation, and congressional investigations. Des recently secured a complete victory in the Uber data breach multidistrict litigation (mdl); won dismissal of a major health care class action; prevailed in a precedent-setting food labeling class action; and is helping lead the defense of an antitrust MDL. He also led the defense of more than two dozen congressional investigations. Des has received national attention for his pro bono innocence work.
