Luis Rosas began his professional career with the firm Arconada, Piñeiro & Tamez Abogados, where he headed the Labor and Social Security Litigation department. Following, he joined the firm Arthur Andersen, and was responsible for opening the firm’s Labor and Social Security Law department. Later, he was with Rodríguez y Hernández-Ojeda Abogados, to then join Barrera Siqueiros y Torres Landa (now Hogan Lovells), where he is an associate attorney in the area of Labor and Social Security. He intervened in the merger between Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria and Bancomer, in the audit regarding transcendent labor and social security claims that could have affected the purchase price of Bancomer.
