Alessandro Seganfreddo is an Italian qualified lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience in public and private M&A, Private Equity, Capital Markets, Corporate and venture capital.

Alessandro regularly assists Italian and international private equity sponsors and venture capital, industrial clients and investment banks on cross-border and domestic transactions in a number of sectors - including life sciences and health care, financial services, infrastructure, industrial, retail and consumer products,  technology, media and telecommunications. He also provides assistance and advice on a variety of matters of general corporate and commercial law.
