Our Counsel Margarita Morales has an extensive career in all types of judicial proceedings in distinct jurisdictions. Margarita is part of the international product liability side of our Life Sciences and Health Care team, in charge of judicial and out-of-court claims related to civil liability for defective products, both from the perspective of the manufacturer as well as the distributor. She also advises on the contentious area of insurance and reinsurance litigation related to civil contractual and non-contractual liability, insurance contracts, coverage discussions and industrial losses. Margarita is very active writing essays, articles and analysis.
