Career
Iñigo is a partner of the corporate finance practice in Madrid. He is an expert in capital markets, restructurings of listed companies and corporate governance, and has advised banks, corporates and sponsors in a variety of transactions and products, including, among others, public tender offers, IPOs, rights issues, debt and convertible bond issues, structured products, regulatory capital and liability management. He also advices board of directors of listed companies in matters of corporate governance and in the restructuring of their financial debt. Iñigo is a qualified lawyer in England and Spain and is a lecturer of the master’s degree in access to the legal profession at the university of ICADE.

Íñigo has broad experience in equity transactions, having advised the Global Coordinators and Bookrunners on, among others, the IPOs of Tendam (postponed), Acciona Energía, Cosentino (postponed) Opdenergy, Solarpack, Aedas Homes, Neinor Homes, Cellnex Telecom, Merlin Properties, Lar España Real Estate, Applus+, eDreams, Bankia, Laboratorios Almirall and Solaria and on the rights issues/capital raisings of, among others, Técnicas Reunidas, Almirall, Rovi, Colonial, Merlin Properties, Lar España Real Estate, Banco Santander, FCC, BBVA, and Banco Sabadell.
He has also acted as company counsel on the recent public offerings in the context of their IPOs of Puig Brands, Porsche AG, Ibercaja Banco (postponed), Haya Real Estate (cancelled), Telepizza and Saeta Yield, and on the rights issues of OHL and Banco Popular.
