Martin is defined as a lawyer who is persevering, disruptive, and an out-of-the-box thinker. While working toward his 10,000-hour rule, Martin focuses on a wide range of antitrust matters, as well as complex litigation cases for demanding clients. Well-aware of the intrinsic challenges that the legal profession nowadays demands, Martin's goal is to secure the best interests of his clients by taking a bold approach to complex issues and setting a persuasive trail leading to positive results. Trained in Mexico and the United States, Martin's track-record allows him to stand out from its peers based on experience.

Currently based in Mexico City after working at the firm's Washington, D.C., office, Martín has spent more than 10 years focusing on cartel investigations, merger control proceedings, abuse of dominance matters, and antitrust litigation both in Mexico and abroad, including the United States and several Latin American countries. Intrinsic to the practice, Martin has vast experience handling dawn raids, leniency applications, and developing compliance programs. Martin's practice also expands to administrative and constitutional litigation.
