Jean-Marc Franceschi, partner at Hogan Lovells, works with public and private companies at all stages of their development from initial establishment to initial public offering or capital raising for external growth. Jean-Marc has helped clients go public or successfully manage their growth through private purchase or public take over.

His career has spanned corporate and private practice. While in-house at a leading French bank, Jean-Marc was involved in numerous privatizations led by the French government. Jean-Marc joined Hogan Lovells in 2005 and advises on equity capital markets and acquisition transactions.
