Ana Castedo is a Hogan Lovells litigation partner in the Intellectual Property group of the Madrid office since 2010. She represents companies that are leaders in their respective fields before courts specialised in IP matters in Spain, in particular, the Madrid and Barcelona commercial courts as well as the EU Trademarks & Designs Court. Her focus is all contentious aspects of intellectual property and, more specifically, patent litigation in the fields of life sciences, technology and telecommunications, as well as trademark and unfair competition litigation. Ana works regularly in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes involving infringement and invalidity proceedings and domestic and foreign experts.

She lectures on IP matters.
