José M, who was in charge of creating the Madrid office from scratch, believes the best approach is to put himself in his clients' shoes, keeping in mind the big picture at every stage of the transaction.

Working in English, Spanish, and French, José M. focuses his practice on international M&A and Private Equity encompassing structuring, risk assessment, negotiation and post-closing integration. José M. has applied his skills in the energy, diversified industrials, financial institutions and consumer industries.
