Jane has handled multibillion-dollar transactions for many of Silicon Valley's most recognizable industry-leading technology companies and has also conducted significant transactional work for major global companies in the pharmaceutical and technology industries, including a variety of cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and joint venture transactions.
