Career
Ryan Ford is an experienced litigator who represents clients in both state and federal courts as well as in arbitration and administrative proceedings across the country.
His practice spans a large variety of industries, with a focus on the automotive sector. In particular, Ryan has considerable experience in motor vehicle franchise law, and he's skilled in helping clients navigate through the complex web of state and federal regulations governing the distribution of motor vehicles. He has successfully tried several cases involving disputes between motor vehicle distributors and their franchised dealers before juries and judges from Hawaii to Ohio.
Ryan began his legal career as a staff attorney in the disabilities law program at the Community Legal Aid Society, Inc. in Wilmington, Delaware, where he represented individuals with disabilities in litigation.
While in law school, Ryan served as an articles editor for the Annual Survey of American Law, and received the Shannon Bybee Scholarship Award for writing the most outstanding paper in the field of gaming law.
