Stéphanie Gérard advises a clientele composed mainly of investment funds and managers of small and medium-sized companies in the context of divestitures, acquisitions, private equity (both in innovation capital and in development and transfer capital) as well as in the setting up of strategic commercial partnerships.

She is multidisciplinary and has developed a particular expertise in the energy and digital sectors. Stéphanie Gérard also advises French and foreign companies on the establishment of strategic commercial partnerships and cross-border transactions.

She also assists her clients in their commercial litigation, particularly in the context of post-acquisition disputes or disputes between shareholders.

Stéphanie Gérard holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Exeter (UK) and a Master II in Business Law from the University of Paris Dauphine. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009. After starting her career at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, she had joined Squadra Avocats as an associate in 2017, developing her activity between Bordeaux and Paris. She joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in Bordeaux as a partner in 2022.
