Bertrand COSTE joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 1988, in the Nantes office where he practices to this day.
He holds an LLB and a master's degree in Business Law from University of Rennes (DJCE). Bertrad COSTE works in company law and mergers and acquisitions, including the tax aspects. He regularly advises medium-size, family-owned corporate clients, in connection with all issues relating to their business and strategic development.
He also acts as counsel to several banks for structured finance transactions, in particular acquisition finance.
