Sébastien Carnel joined the Lille office of Cornet Vincent Ségurel in January 2021 to head the Real Estate and Construction Law department.

Sébastien advises and litigates on leases and construction issues.

He assists co-ownerships in all the disputes they are confronted with: disorders affecting the common parts of the building, liability actions against lessors and their insurers, litigation of general meetings, collection, preparation of general meetings, interpretation, modification and compliance of co-ownership regulations.

Sébastien also works on real estate sales issues.
