Pauline Ducoin joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 2020.
Pauline holds a Master’s degree in Law and Justice from Jean Monnet University and an LL.M. in Criminal Justice & Political Science (USA). She mainly advises clients in digital, technology and data law: international groups and SMEs, in particular software publishers, digital services companies, startups, e-health players, industrialists from various sectors, public entities…
She assists them, both as counsel and in litigation, in the research and development of their innovative projects, the securing of their business models and the monitoring of their commercial relations. She is particularly involved in contractual, regulatory and compliance issues. Pauline works in English as well as in French.
