Career

Upon being called to the Bar, Christophe PICHON began practicing as junior attorney in a firm of Avocats au Conseil d’Etat et à la Cour de Cassation (1991-1999), prior to joining international law firm (Archibald-Andersen 1999-2002) and eventually setting up his own practice (2002-2009). He joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel as a partner in the public law department in 2009.

Christophe PICHON holds a master's degree in public law from University Paris II- Assas and is a graduate from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. He also followed specialised courses with the Institut de Formation et de Recherche des Avocats aux Conseils (IFRAC).

With his team he advises on essential problems in public/administrative law for many government bodies and agencies (local governments, public bodes for inter-city cooperation, central government department, hospitals, etc.), both in respect of their operation and their actions, but also for private parties, which he helps to succeed with their projects as they relate to the public sector.

He provides both advisory and litigation services and works in cooperation with various departments and external partners in respect of transactions requiring broad-based abilities.

In addition, Christophe PICHON has developed a practice in various aspects of aeronautics and air transportation (regulatory, airport management, air traffic accidents, etc.).
